  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FluxInfo.Co services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

  1. Description of Services FluxInfo.Co provides a B2B data marketplace platform that aggregates contact and business data from multiple sources. Our Services include data search, verification, enrichment, and API access.

  2. Account Registration To use certain features of our Services, you must:

    • Create an account with accurate and complete information
    • Maintain the security of your account credentials
    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
    • Be responsible for all activities under your account

  3. Acceptable Use You agree not to use our Services to:

    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
    • Send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
    • Harass, abuse, or harm another person
    • Impersonate any person or entity
    • Interfere with or disrupt our Services
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
    • Use data for discriminatory purposes
    • Resell or redistribute data without authorization

  4. Data Usage and Compliance 5.1 Permitted Uses Data obtained through our Services may only be used for legitimate business purposes, including sales prospecting, marketing, and recruitment.

5.2 Compliance Requirements You are responsible for ensuring your use of our data complies with:

  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
  • CAN-SPAM Act
  • Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
  • All other applicable data protection laws
  1. Credits and Billing 6.1 Credit System Our Services operate on a credit-based system. Revealing a contact's work email uses 1 credit and revealing a phone number uses 2 credits. Credits are only used when the requested information is found. Searching is free, and revealing the same information again within the same billing cycle does not use further credits.

6.2 Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6.3 Credit Rollover Your plan's credits are granted at the start of each billing cycle. Unused plan credits do not roll over and expire at the end of the billing cycle. Trial credits expire when the trial ends. Bonus credits we add to your account remain available until used.

  1. Data Accuracy While we strive for high accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is 100% accurate or up-to-date. We offer a bounce replacement guarantee for invalid contacts reported within 7 days.

  2. Intellectual Property All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by FluxInfo.Co and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

  3. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluxInfo.Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services

  4. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FluxInfo.Co from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

  5. Termination We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

  6. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

  7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  8. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
